Paramount Properties was born out of a trend
observed by Collegiate Communities indicating there were numerous
young professionals who lived near universities who were no
longer students. These twenty-something’s want to remain
close to the buzz of campus life, but also to experience a
higher quality of living. Integrating these young professionals’
desires for additional space and amenities with the traditional
student housing needs of proximity to campus is a challenge
that our property management professionals are currently finding
unique solutions.
