The founders of Trinitas have been buying, selling, developing, building and managing commercial real estate and student housing properties since the 1980s. Collectively, our senior management team has developed or managed over $3.500 billion of large-scale real estate development projects.. While our team has a broad base of real estate experience, our core focus is the development, construction, and management of high-quality, innovative student housing.
We entered the student housing space in the early 1980s before it was a recognized real estate niche. Since then, the student housing industry has dramatically evolved and so has Trinitas; however, one thing has not changed–Trinitas’ focus and ability to develop today the student housing of tomorrow.
